Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return window on almost every product, starting from your purchase date.

To start a return, call us at 715-246-9655 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending anything back. Returns sent without an RMA may be delayed or refused.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Not covered by this return policy:

• Damage caused by projectiles (for example, nail guns or powder-actuated tools) during use
• Damage caused by customer misuse or improper installation

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund is issued to the original payment method.

Product Warranty

HoleMole products are covered by the 30-day return window described above. If a product arrives damaged or defective, call us at 715-246-9655 and we will make it right.
